This is a hands-on role where you'll work with lumber, tools, and production equipment while building valuable manufacturing skills.Pay & Shift2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | $18.00/hr3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $18.00/hrWhat You'll DoPrepare and cut lumber to specifications for pallet assembly.Operate production equipment and planing machines.Stack, organize, and move materials throughout the facility.Use hand and power tools to repair, refurbish, and assemble pallets.Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.What We're Looking ForManufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.Comfortable using hand and power tools.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, twisting, and carrying.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Reliable attendance and a solid work history.Ability to work Monday through Friday on assigned shifts.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Marys, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
