Job Description: Office Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday, regular business hours

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Office Manager to join our team on-site at our office in Falls Church, VA. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring organizational effectiveness, clear communication, and efficiency. This is an in-person role that requires a consistent presence in the office to support staff, visitors, and day-to-day business needs.

Duties

\n
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
\n
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
\n
• Oversee administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
\n
• Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage other communications
\n
• Track and pursue delinquent accounts receivable
\n
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases
\n
• Manage office budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
\n
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, building management, and service providers
\n

Requirements

\n
• Proven experience in office management or a similar role
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Experience with phone systems and administrative tasks
\n
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
\n
• Ability to work full-time, on-site at our office during regular business hours
\n
• Associate degree preferred
\n
