Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in managing daily administrative tasks, handling client inquiries, and supporting lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. There is room to grow in this role, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
\n
• Organize and maintain company records, files, and project documentation.
\n
• Assist in scheduling appointments and following up with leads.
\n
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
\n
• Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry and invoice tracking.
\n
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in office administration or customer service.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
\n
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
\n
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
