The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the Light Industrial Staffing vertical in the Florida region. The successful candidate will be a key player and dynamic leader with a deep understanding of staffing in the warehouse, logistics, and supply chain business. The role is focused on spearheading the company's workforce solutions and staffing sales strategy, with a specific mission to identify and engage untapped opportunities in the distribution, manufacturing, and light industrial verticals. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic sales driver, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs in these industries, and experience in large, high-volume staffing environments, including winning multi-million dollar staffing deals. Responsibilities for the Vice President of Sales include hunting for new business, consulting with clients to deliver tailored solutions, and nurturing long-term partnerships with existing accounts. The role demands an individual who is adept at working in a fast-paced, challenging environment, and who is passionate about the sales process from hunting to closing.
